This 29-page report documents the results of chemical and mineralogical analyses of samples collected from the surfaces of four playas (flat, closed basins that are normally dry) in Nevada. Samples were analyzed for gold, silver, and several other elements at different laboratories. No economically significant amounts of these elements were found in the samples.
